Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-Based Multimodal Portable Communication Kit for Inclusive Assistive Interaction The invention relates to an AI-based multimodal portable communication kit (100) for facilitating two-way communication between blind, deaf, mute, deaf-mute, dual-impaired and normal users. The kit (101) comprises an embedded processing unit (102), microphone (103), camera (104), GPIO-based Braille input (105), text input (106), memory (107), audio output (108), display (109), Braille output (110), vibration feedback (111), and portable power supply (112). The processing unit (102) receives speech, gestures, Braille patterns or text and performs speech-to-text, text-to-speech, AI-based gesture recognition and Braille decoding. Processed information is selectively routed to audio, visual, Braille or tactile outputs according to communication requirements. The system thereby provides cross-modal conversion between speech, gesture, text and tactile/Braille communication through a common portable embedded platform. The invention enables real-time inclusive communication while reducing dependence on separate disability-specific communication devices and supports bidirectional communication through integrated multimodal input and output interfaces.
