Abstract: An AI-based micro-grid health oracle (100) for predictive electrical failure forecasting using harmonic–thermal drift signature fusion. The health (100) oracle includes a controller (106). The controller is configured to perform harmonic signature extraction where Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) decomposes the voltage waveform V(t) into harmonic components V_h for h = 2 to 19 and Total Harmonic Distortion THD_V = sqrt(Sigma(V_h^2, h=2 to N)) / V_1 quantifies spectral distortion. The controller is further configured to increase specific harmonic orders to clinically correlated with specific appliance-class failures, transformer core saturation, and capacitor degradation. The controller is further configured to measure attributes of 'line voltage' without any decomposition into harmonic components. The controller is further configured to collect current and voltage analog quantity real-time data. The controller is further configured to capture temperature time-series T(t) at transformer winding hotspots and computes Thermal Drift Rate TDR = d(T)/dt over a rolling regression window. . FIG. 1
