Abstract: The main purpose of this project is to simplify the often frustrating and disconnected internship search process for both students and recruiters. Currently, students struggle to find roles that truly match their skill sets, while recruiters waste hours manually filtering through resumes that don't meet their technical requirements. By building an Al-driven matching engine, we aim to replace this manual guesswork with a precision system that understands the context of a student's technical background. Ultimately, the goal is to create a transparent, merit-based ecosystem where students receive clear guidance on their skill gaps and recruiters get instant access to the most qualified candidates, making the transition from classroom to industry much more efficient.
