The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: It is disclosed a rescue system based on an AI-integrated decision-making system that assists in the context of earthquakes. The system consists of a Data Collection Layer, Data Processing Layer, an AI-Based Layer, a Decision-Providing Layer, and a Live Dashboard. Disaster information is collected from sources such as drones, satellites, Internet of things, GPS, emergency calls, CCTV, weather, and seismic monitoring. The data processing and analysis take place through computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing, geographical information system-based route optimization, and predictive analytics tools are employed to detect structural damages, locate likely victims, rescue priorities, forecasting aftershocks, rescue resource requirements. The decision engine integrates these results to generate recommendations in priority, route to safety, and resource distribution. These recommendations are delivered to the emergency management teams using a Situational Awareness Display in the form of a Live Dashboard. By constantly receiving and updating information from the field, the system ensures the recommendations remain relevant. In this way, the invention can lead to a better use of scarce resources, faster decision-making, higher rates in responding, and increased disaster management efficiency without undermining the judgment of human experts.
