MUMBAI, India, Oct. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641115638 A) filed by Prof. A. Chandra Mohan on September 26, 2026, for Ai-Based Intelligent Leadership Competency Assessment And Personalized Employee Development System.
Inventor includes Prof. A. Chandra Mohan.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to an artificial-intelligence-based computerized system for assessing leadership competencies and generating personalized employee development recommendations. The system acquires structured and unstructured employee data comprising competency assessment responses, performance indicators, training records, feedback, experience and development preferences. A preprocessing module validates, normalizes, encodes and standardizes the acquired information, while a feature extraction module converts the processed information into a competency feature vector. An artificial-intelligence assessment engine applies a trained machine- learning model to generate competency scores. A competency-gap detection module compares the scores with role-specific target competency values and determines individual gaps. A recommendation engine prioritizes the gaps using computational criteria including gap magnitude, role relevance, historical performance and previous training information and selects corresponding development activities. A feedback-learning module incorporates subsequent assessment, performance and training information to update the employee competency profile. An authorized-user interface presents scores, gaps, recommendations and reassessment information.
