The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based human activity detection and mobile phone alert system for automatically identifying human activities and generating context-dependent notifications. The system comprises a sensor data acquisition module, a preprocessing module, a feature extraction module, an artificial intelligence-based activity classification module, an alert decision module, and a mobile notification module. Motion data obtained from an accelerometer, gyroscope, or compatible sensing device is processed to identify activities including walking, running, sitting, standing, lying down, falling, and prolonged inactivity. The classification module generates an activity label and an associated confidence score. The alert decision module evaluates the detected activity, confidence score, activity duration, and predefined safety conditions to determine whether a notification is required. Upon satisfying an alert condition, a mobile application generates an appropriate notification and may optionally activate an audible alarm, notify an authorized emergency contact, or share available location information subject to user permissions and network availability. The system supports on-device inference, configurable alert thresholds, temporal analysis, and activity history management. The invention is applicable to personal safety, elderly care, healthcare assistance, fitness monitoring, and workplace safety.
