Abstract: An artificial intelligence-based healthcare system for integrated oncology and cardiovascular device data analysis is disclosed. The system comprises a medical device communication module, a secure interoperability gateway, a data normalization engine, a multimodal feature extraction engine, an adaptive artificial intelligence inference engine, a predictive analytics module, an explainable artificial intelligence engine, a continuous learning framework, a clinical decision support interface, and a secure clinical data repository. The system acquires heterogeneous clinical data from oncology diagnostic devices, cardiovascular monitoring systems, wearable sensors, implantable medical devices, laboratory analyzers, pathology systems, genomic platforms, and electronic health records, and converts the acquired data into standardized interoperable representations for multimodal analysis. Adaptive artificial intelligence models generate disease progression predictions, cardiovascular risk assessments, treatment response evaluations, adverse event alerts, and personalized clinical recommendations while continuously improving predictive performance using validated clinical outcomes, thereby enhancing analytical accuracy, interoperability, real-time decision support, and overall patient care.
