Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-BASED FINANCIAL DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM USING MACHINE LEARNING FOR FORECASTING AND RECOMMENDATIONS The present invention discloses an AI-based financial decision support system (100) integrating financial data analytics, machine learning forecasting, statistical risk analysis and large language model driven recommendation generation. The system (100) comprises a user interface module (110) for data upload and dashboard interaction, a data ingestion module (120) for CSV parsing and validation, a data processing module (130) for cleaning, normalization and aggregation, a financial analytics engine (140) for computing income, expenses, cash flow and profit margin, a machine learning forecasting module (150) employing linear regression for short-term predictions, a risk analysis module (160) for statistical risk detection, an AI recommendation engine (170) leveraging a large language model for personalized natural language insights, and a visualization module (180) for interactive data presentation. The system follows a pipeline-based architecture ensuring sequential data processing and achieves approximately 85-90% forecasting accuracy with 40% improvement in analysis efficiency over traditional methods.
