Abstract: ABSTRACT AI-BASED DISASTER EMERGENCY RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND SEVERITY PREDICTION SYSTEM The present invention provides an AI- based disaster emergency resource allocation and severity prediction system (100) comprising a two-stage pipeline. A data acquisition and integration module (110) consolidates block-level demographic, hazard, and infrastructure data. A vulnerability index computation module (120) computes per-block vulnerability indices from elderly, children, and disabled population ratios. A Random Forest severity classifier module (140) classifies disaster severity into Low, Medium, or High categories using twenty-five input features. A linear programming allocation engine (150) minimizes total weighted unmet demand for medical beds, ambulances, and rescue teams, wherein penalty weights are the product of predicted severity scores and vulnerability indices. A web application server (160) serves a dashboard and visualization interface (170) for interactive allocation recommendations. The system achieves sub-second response times and optimal allocation solutions, prioritizing high-severity and high-vulnerability blocks within supply constraints. [
