Abstract: Web applications face increasing security threats, with brute force and SQL injection attacks being among the most prevalent. This paper presents an AI-based cybersecurity agent that employs pattern recognition, statistical analysis, and heuristic algorithms for real-time detection and prevention of these attacks. Our system utilizes a sliding window algorithm for brute force detection and a multi-layered confidence scoring mechanism for SQL injection identification. The implementation demonstrates high detection accuracy while maintaining low false positive rates. Experimental results show the system successfully detects 95% of brute force attempts and 92% of SQL injection attacks in real-time with minimal computational overhead. The proposed solution offers a practical, lightweight alternative to complex machine learning approaches for small to medium-scale web applications.
