MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611099313 A) filed by Noida International University on August 17, 2026, for Ai-Based Cultural Folklore Learning And Preservation System.
Inventors include Sangeeta Mishra; Amrita Singh; and Aparna Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to AI-based educational processing of cultural folklore and social narratives. A cultural-content input receives oral traditions, myths, stories, folklore, or traditional knowledge in electronically processable form. A digital-preservation repository stores the received source content. Artificial-intelligence and semantic-analysis modules identify cultural values, emotions, human-behaviour information, and semantic relationships. A cultural-element identification function may retain associations between identified elements and corresponding source portions. A learning-content generation module converts the identified elements into structured learning units. A learner-profile input receives information representing learner background or need, and an adaptation module selects or arranges the learning units accordingly without modifying the preserved source content. The system is applicable to students, educators, researchers, schools, universities, libraries, museums, archives, cultural organisations, and digital-learning platforms.
