A failure recovery planning module automatically formulates adaptive recovery procedures by evaluating alternative corrective actions and recommending an optimized recovery sequence for restoring equipment functionality with minimal production disruption. The system continuously improves decision quality by incorporating validated operational outcomes and updated maintenance information into its knowledge repository. The disclosed invention supports deployment across various industrial environments and computing architectures, thereby enhancing equipment reliability, reducing unexpected downtime, improving maintenance efficiency, optimizing operational performance, and increasing overall industrial productivity.
