Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence based chemical compound screening system (100) for pharmaceutical applications. The system (100) comprises an input interface module (110), a compound database repository (120), a molecular descriptor extraction module (130), an artificial intelligence screening engine (140) having a feature extraction sub-module (142), a deep learning neural network (144) and a QSAR prediction sub-module (146), a target interaction prediction module (150), an ADMET property prediction module (160), a scoring and ranking module (170), an output and visualization module (180) and a feedback learning module (190) executed by a processor (200) coupled to a memory unit (210) and a communication interface (220). The feedback learning module (190) retrains the deep learning neural network (144) using experimental validation data in a closed loop, thereby progressively improving screening accuracy across successive cycles.
