The invention comprises a requirement acquisition module, a data preprocessing and normalization module, a natural language processing engine, an AI-based requirement analysis engine, an ambiguity and conflict detection module, a requirement prioritization engine, an automated documentation generation engine, a requirement traceability module, an explainable artificial intelligence module, and a reporting interface. The disclosed system automatically acquires, analyzes, classifies, validates, prioritizes, and documents software requirements collected from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Artificial intelligence and semantic analysis are employed to identify functional and non-functional requirements, detect ambiguities, conflicts, inconsistencies, and dependencies, and generate standardized Software Requirement Specification documents and Requirement Traceability Matrices. The invention further supports Agile and DevOps integration, continuous requirement synchronization, version management, and explainable analytical recommendations, thereby improving documentation quality, reducing manual effort, enhancing requirement traceability, and increasing overall software development efficiency
