Abstract: AI-BASED AGRITECTURAL FACTORY LAYOUT DESIGN SYSTEM INTEGRATING GREENBELT FOOD PRODUCTION AND CIRCULAR WASTE RECYCLING An Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based factory layout planning and optimization system transforms mandatory greenbelt areas of an industrial facility (106) into a productive agricultural ecosystem integrated with factory operations. The system incorporates a central AI processing unit (100) and a multi-objective optimization engine (102) to dynamically evaluate climatic, spatial, soil, and operational parameters to partition a statutory greenbelt boundary (112) into optimized agricultural crop zones (110). Harvested produce (118) is supplied directly to an onsite factory canteen (114), reducing reliance on external supply chains. The system establishes a closed-loop waste recycling mechanism wherein organic food waste (120) from the canteen (114) is converted by an automated composting unit (122) into bio-fertilizer (124) for reuse in the crop zones (110). A smart irrigation network (116) regulates water delivery by blending fluid from an industrial wastewater treatment unit (128) and a rainwater harvesting reservoir (126) based on telemetry from localized IoT sensors (130). A cloud-coupled digital twin engine (104) monitors agricultural production, resource utilization, and waste recycling in real time, displaying performance metrics via analytics reporting dashboard (132).
