Abstract: The present invention discloses an AI-based adaptive multi-modal recruitment evaluation system designed to assess candidates using real-time cognitive-state prediction and behavioral analytics. The system integrates eye-gaze tracking, head pose estimation, and facial emotion analysis to continuously predict a candidate's cognitive engagement and stress level, together with gesture-based behavioral analytics derived from computer vision interaction tracking. An AI adaptive decision engine fuses these signals with response performance data to dynamically personalize assessment task difficulty in real time. Assessment data is aggregated into structured evaluation reports delivered through a recruiter or HR dashboard, enabling consistent, objective, and evidence-based hiring decisions. The system improves the fairness, measurability, and reliability of recruitment evaluation processes.
