Abstract: Abstract: The sophisticated increase in renewable energy mechanisms, electric vehicles, battery management processes, and intelligent grids has prompted the need for efficient and advanced DC-DC converters. The need for DC-DC converters has arisen partly because of the fact that boost converters are the simplest way to convert small voltage into a high regulated output voltage. However, traditional control techniques like open loop and PID control will struggle with such problems as inadequate performance, voltage variations, overshoots, ripple effects, and low efficiency when input power supply or load varies. The presented project introduces a control technique using AI in controlling the duty cycle and providing stable output voltage with the help of Linear Regression modeling. To carry out the training, five key parameters such as input power, output power, load current, switching frequency, and conditions of work are utilized to train the model. Based on the information coming from the model, the duty cycle will be calculated based on relevant conditions of the whole system. The performance of the controller is examined through computerized simulation, taking into account both input and load conditions. The final results show that the efficiency of the system is considerably increased.
