Abstract: The Human Behavior Prediction and,Generative AI-Based Wearable Assistance System aims to analyze and interpret human physical and physiological signals to predict behavioral states and provide intelligent assistance in real time. The system integrates multiple bio-sensing and motion sensors, including an MPU6050 accelerometer-gyroscope module for posture and movement tracking, a Force Sensor (FSR) for pressure and gesture detection, a Pulse Sensor for heart rate. mqnitoring, a GSR Sensor for ski~ conductivity measurement (stress/emotion analysis), a DS18B20 sensor for body temperature sensing, and an ECG Sensor (AD8232) for. monitoring cardiac activity. These sensor inputs collectively form a multidimensional dataset representing both the physical activity and emotional state of the individual. The data is processed through an ESP32 microcontroller, which performs initial signal filtering and feature extraction before transmitting it to a cloud-based Generative AI model. The AI model leverages deep learning and . behavioral pattern recognition techniques to classify user states such as relaxed, stressed, active, drowsy, or anxious. Based on the predicted behavioral state, the system provides adaptive and personalized assistance for instance, generating calming audio· feedback, health alerts, motivational prompts, or wellness recommendations using Generative AI capabilities. The AI assistant continuously learns from user data, improving its behavioral understanding over time. This integration of loT sensing, biometric monitoring, and Generative AI-driven decision support presents a new dimension in human- machine interaction. It enables smart environments, healthcare monitoring systems, and wearable devices to proactively respond to human emotions and physiological changes, thereby promoting safety, comfort, and mental well-being.
