Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an AI-assisted room-based digital resource governance system (100) for managed shared accommodation. The system (100) establishes a persistent room identity and maintains a versioned room state comprising membership, preferences, inventory, consumption history, subscription status, cost allocation, and service tickets. A membership manager (3) detects verified join, leave, or participation events and updates the room state. A demand prediction engine (7) predicts next-cycle resource requirements using occupancy, consumption history, current inventory, recurring demand, and constraints. An adaptive subscription engine (8) generates a room-specific kit, while a cost rebalancing engine (9) recalculates eligible member shares. A synchronization controller (10) performs version-controlled updates, retry processing, and conflict handling. A service escalation engine (11) classifies complaints or emergency requests and escalates unresolved events according to severity and time thresholds. The system thereby coordinates resource prediction, subscription adaptation, cost allocation, synchronization, notifications, and hostel service management within a unified technical workflow.
