Abstract: The present invention concerns an intelligent Psychological Pressure Monitor (PPM) that incorporates emotional, cognitive, occupational, social, behavioral and physiological factors in a single psychological pressure index to provide a rapid, standardized, multidimensional assessment of a person's psychological pressure. The proposed system introduces a Dynamic Psychological Pressure Index (DPPI), which relies on artificial intelligence algorithms that adapt over time and a longitudinal trend analysis to differentiate between short-term emotional stressors and long-term psychological stressors in contrast to the conventional stress questionnaires, which solely record the perception of stress. Structured psychological assessment module, optional heart rate variability, sleep quality, skin conductance wearable sensor integration, voice emotion analysis, behavioral response patterns will be incorporated to create a user's psychological profile. Another aspect of the invention relates to the use of predictive analytics to identify early indicators of burnout, emotional exhaustion, anxiety progression and lowered coimitive resilience, before the onset of clinical symptoms. Automatically generated personalized recommendations, resiliency tips and referral suggestions based on individual risk categories. The invention can be used in educational facilities, workplace, hospitals, counselling centres, military organisations, rehabilitation facilities, and community wellness programs. The invention offers a fast, objective, repeatable psychological pressure assessment, which allows for mental health prevention, ongoing monitoring, and early intervention, while also protecting user privacy and ensuring a systematic evaluation process.
