Abstract: An AI-assisted judicial evidence verification system integrates secure acquisition module with TPM/HSM-enforced capture profiles computing SHA-256/512 hashes bound to TSA tokens on attested devices; custody provenance layer appending Merkle-linked events with hash continuity and role signatures; permissioned ledger using BFT consensus anchoring to blockchain via ZK-proofs; multimodal engine executing calibrated PRNU/GAN/temporal/Spectro-temporal forensics at 1% FPR with explainable saliency under human validation; and court interface emitting NJDG/PDF/A-3 dossiers with verification bundles. Hardware-cryptographic-ML co- action achieves 92% deepfake detection, 65% verification speedup, and tamper-evident custody compliant with Indian Evidence Act standards and Section 3(k) via technical contribution in evidentiary integrity.
