Abstract: Heart, disease remains one of the leading cause of mortality worldwide, particularly in reg where access to advanced medical facilities is limited this paper presents an Al-assisted heart disease prediction. systen:i leveraging the XG Boost algorithm integrated into a lightweight web application. The system, accepts user provided clinical parameters such as age, cholesterol, blood pressure, and maximum heart rate, and generates real time predictions of cardiovascular risk. The web application, developed using Flask framework, ensures ease of use for both healthcare professionals and individuals. This work demonstrates how machine learning can, provide scalable, cost-effective diagnostic support for preventive healthcare, especially in underserved areas.
