Abstract: The present invention provides an intelligent community resource sharing system that utilizes AI and IoT technologies for sustainable consumption consists of several key components: an AIoT data unit, a building design and policy management module, an energy efficiency optimization unit, a smart building resilience unit, and a dynamic feedback controller. The AIoT data unit integrates real-time sensor outputs with artificial intelligence models to create an operational framework. The building design module is responsible for outlining spatial configurations and implementing policy incentives aimed at facilitating asset sharing. The energy efficiency optimization unit examines usage patterns to balance the supply and demand within micro-grids. Meanwhile, the resilience unit compiles data from smart buildings to assess urban sustainability indicators. Lastly, the dynamic feedback controller detects inefficiencies within the system and makes necessary adjustments to enhance resource distribution. FIG.1
