Abstract: AI and digital twin-based predictive maintenance system for educational laboratory equipment Abstract: The present invention provides an AI-based predictive maintenance system for educational laboratory equipment. The system uses IoT sensors to collect parameters including voltage, current, temperature, vibration, operating hours, abnormal sound, equipment usage, and maintenance history. An AI-based analysis unit processes the collected data to identify abnormal operating conditions and predict potential equipment failures. A digital twin represents the real-time condition of each equipment unit. The system generates a health score and early-warning alerts based on predicted failure probability, enabling timely maintenance, reducing unexpected downtime, improving equipment availability, and enhancing laboratory safety.
