The platform is designed to be connected to enterprise applications, applicant tracking systems, human capital management systems, external labour market databases and candidate information repositories to build dynamic digital talent profiles and semantic skill graphs. Machine learning, natural language processing, knowledge graphs, predictive analytics and semantic matching are used to analyze workforce needs, find qualified candidates, evaluate skills, arrange interviews, negotiate job terms and comply with regulations. A continuous learning framework keeps candidate profiles, enterprise skill demand models and recruitment intelligence current, based on hiring outcomes, employee performance, market trends, and recruiter feedback.
