Abstract: The present invention discloses an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based adaptive control mechanism for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) batching plant operations to effectively manage seasonal demand variations. The system collects and analyzes historical production data, weather information, market trends, construction activity data, and real-time plant operational data to accurately forecast future concrete demand. An AI/ML-based forecasting module predicts seasonal fluctuations and communicates the results to a decision engine that dynamically optimizes production scheduling, raw material procurement, inventory management, equipment utilization, workforce allocation, and logistics planning. The system continuously updates its predictive models through adaptive learning, enabling real-time operational adjustments and improved decision-making. By integrating demand forecasting and resource optimization within a unified framework, the invention minimizes material wastage, reduces operational costs, enhances productivity, and ensures reliable concrete supply. The proposed invention provides an intelligent, scalable, and efficient solution for improving the performance and sustainability of RMC batching plants operating under varying seasonal demand conditions.
