Abstract: TITLE: AI-ENABLED ORTHOTIC SYSTEM FOR CLUBFOOT WITH WI-FI-BASED WEARABLE ALERTS 10 15 20 The titled invention discloses an Al-Enabled Orthotic System which provides continuous monitoring, intelligent analysis, and real-time feedback for effective rehabilitation. The system integrates multiple sensors such as an IMU sensor (2), a force sensor (3), and a flex sensor (4) to capture parameters including foot movement, pressure distribution, and alignment. The collected data is processed using a microcontroller (ESP32) (5) combined with machine learning algorithms to evaluate brace usage, detect abnormal conditions, and predict potential risks of relapse. The system incorporates a Wi-Fi communication module (6) that enables real-time data transmission to a mobile application/cloud platform (7), allowing caregivers and healthcare professionals to remotely monitor patient activity and analyze historical data. In addition, an alert notification system (8), such as a smartwatch vibration unit, provides immediate notifications in case of improper usage, enabling timely corrective action and improving patient compliance. A power supply (battery unit) (9) provides electrical energy for continuous operation of the system.
