Abstract: This project presents the design and implementation of a real-time predictive monitoring system for home appliances by integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technology with machine learning techniques. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller along with ACS712 current and ZMPT101 voltage sensors to measure key electrical parameters such as voltage, current, and power from various household loads including fans, motors, heaters, and other electrical devices. The collected data is transmitted to the Thing Speak cloud platform for storage, visualization, and remote monitoring. The acquired dataset is processed in MATLAB, where it is augmented, pre-processed, and normalized to generate structured time-series input sequences. A Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network is developed to predict future system parameters including voltage, current, power, energy consumption, and electricity cost over a three-month period for different types of appliances. Additionally, the system performs intelligent fault detec
