Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides an intelligent medical decision support system for recommending an individualized drug kit for military personnel performing a mission across a variety of geographical areas and/or varied environments. The information about the soldier symptoms, medical history, allergies, chronic diseases, region where the soldier has been deployed and information about the mission is secured. Personalized recommendations of drugs are generated via an intelligent framework which consists of medical assessment, regional disease analysis, predictive decision making, clinical safety validation and structured medical knowledge repository. A number of validation mechanisms are then used to detonate contraindications, allergic interactions, dosage appropriateness, and drug compatibility prior to the overall suggestion. The invention enhances readiness for treatment, increase utilization of healthcare resources and increase comfort with healthcare of military personnel. The proposed system mainly focuses on providing the perfect medical kit for the military personnel and reduce the kit weight from the standardized kit. Total Number of Words in Abstract:146
