Abstract: ABSTRACT : The AgroVision system is a smart agriculture solution designed to improve crop productivity, optimise water use, and enable early disease detection using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). It integrates environmental sensors, machine learning, cloud-based monitoring, and automated irrigation into a smart farming ecosystem. IoT sensors connected to an ESP32 continuously monitor soil moisture, temperature, and humidity, while the collected data is analysed to determine crop stress and irrigation requirements. Simultaneously, crop leaf images captured using a smartphone are processed by an AI image classification model to detect diseases such as Rust, Grey Leaf Spot, and Blight. Based on sensor data and disease detection results, the system automatically controls irrigation through a relay-operated water pump. All data is transmitted to the cloud and displayed on a Blynk dashboard for real-time monitoring. The system also provides farmers with instant alerts, disease reports, and irrigation recommendations, supporting precision agriculture and sustainable resource management.
