Abstract: AgroPulse AI is an end-to-end Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI-ML) based Smart Agricultural Market Intelligence Platform developed to support farmers in making informed and profitable crop-selling decisions. The proposed system addresses information asymmetry and crop price volatility by integrating historical commodity transaction data, real-time Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) mandi prices, and localized agrometeorological data. A machine learning-based regression engine analyses historical price patterns, seasonal demand, regional supply variations, and weather conditions to predict future crop prices with confidence scores. The platform supports major crops such as onion, potato, pulses, maize, tomato, and cotton. In addition to price prediction, AgroPulse AI incorporates a Multi-Mandi Recommendation Engine that compares prices across different mandis while considering transportation and logistics costs to identify potentially profitable selling destinations. A Profit Simulator enables farmers to estimate expected revenue and net profit based on input costs, yield, and predicted market prices. To improve accessibility for rural users, the system provides a regional-language voice assistant for conversational interaction and an automated alert module for price changes, extreme weather conditions, and relevant government welfare schemes. By combining AI, ML, cloud computing, market intelligence, and weather data, AgroPulse AI aims to reduce distress selling, improve market transparency, optimize selling decisions, and increase economic returns for smallholder farmers.
