Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-powered crop rescue and resource optimization system designed to assist farmers and agricultural stakeholders in assessing damaged, excess, overripe, or unsuitable agricultural produce and determining appropriate recovery pathways. The system integrates image acquisition, artificial intelligence-based crop identification and condition assessment, crop viability and severity evaluation, decision-engine processing, recovery-pathway selection, resource matching, sustainability assessment, and alternative opportunity recommendation modules. The AI crop assessment module analyzes visual data to identify crop type and conditions such as damage, discoloration, bruising, decay, or over-ripeness. The system evaluates crop viability and severity to determine utilization, including sale, recovery, reuse, redistribution, feed conversion, silage, or by-product exchange.Resource matching is facilitated through the Urban Waste Matcher, Silage Bank Network, and AgroConnect, while Carbon Cash evaluates sustainability benefits and the Intercrop Wizard recommends alternative crop or income opportunities. The system reduces waste, optimizes resources, supports farmers, and promotes circular agriculture. Total. no. of Words: 148
