Abstract: ABSTRACT AGRO-TOURISM SUSTAINABILITY INDEX (AGROTOUR-SI): A MULTIDIMENSIONAL QUANTIFICATION SYSTEM FOR AGRO-TOURISM CENTERS The present invention discloses a computer-implemented system and method for computing the Agro-tourism Sustainability Index (AgroTour-SI), a comprehensive, quantitative, multidimensional decision-support tool for evaluating the sustainability performance of agro-tourism centres. The system integrates key sustainability indicators across four dimensions, namely Demographic (D), Economic (EC), Environmental (EV), and Socio-Cultural (SC), through a structured two- stage pipeline comprising Agro-tourism Data Preprocessing and Agro-tourism Sustainability Index Creation. Data collected through surveys and interviews are normalised and processed using five weighting methods: Equal Weighting, Analytic Hierarchy Process, Principal Component Analysis, Distance P2, and Entropy Weighting Method. Three aggregation models, namely Linear Aggregation, Geometric Mean Aggregation, and Mazziotta Pareto Index, are applied and the most statistically robust model is selected using Coefficient of Variation and 95% Confidence Interval analysis. The final AgroTour-SI, ranging from 0 to 1, is classified into five sustainability levels: Very Low, Low, Medium, High, and Very High. [
