Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart agricultural resource management system (100) for precision irrigation and crop temperature regulation. The system comprises a storage assembly (101) configured to store a frozen thermal mass, a thermal insulation structure (102) to reduce heat ingress, and a phase-change thermal buffering layer (103) for temperature stabilisation. A resource generation or collection unit (104) supplies the frozen thermal mass to the storage assembly. A sensor module (105) monitors soil moisture, ambient temperature, and storage status and communicates with a control unit (107). The control unit (107) processes sensed data to regulate the controlled release of stored resources into a distribution network (106). The system enables dynamic irrigation and localised crop cooling based on real-time environmental conditions. The invention provides an energy-efficient, scalable, and climate-resilient solution suitable for diverse agricultural environments, reducing water wastage and enhancing crop productivity.
