Abstract: Title: Agricultural Electric Vehicle, System and Method Thereof A system and method are disclosed for determining and optimizing operating conditions of an electric agricultural vehicle using vehicle network information and independently acquired sensor data. An auxiliary processing unit (106, 301) synchronizes and correlates electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, thermal, implement, motion and operator state measurements with vehicle network data to determine operating conditions, attribute energy consumption and losses, validate controller reported information and identify degradation. Field specific calibration establishes a relationship between implement draft and traction motor current and/or torque, enabling subsequent estimation of soil resistance without a towing force transducer. Implement attitude and position information is processed to determine agricultural operation quality. Candidate operating points are evaluated subject to battery energy, traction, thermal, hydraulic and operation quality constraints to determine optimized vehicle speed, gear or range, traction demand, hydraulic operation and implement settings. Resulting information is provided to an operator and/or vehicle control unit while preserving vehicle control and safety authority.
