Abstract: Abstract Agricultural loans are not easily available to some farmers because of limited financial records, collateral constraints and uncertainties related to crop production and weather. The invention provides an AI-based multi-model system for farmer loan eligibility and credit-risk assessment. The system receives farmer profile and financial information together with drone-captured crop and field images, sensor measurements, weather information and agricultural data. A computer- vision model analyzes drone images to derive crop-condition features, while sensor data provide measurable field conditions such as soil moisture, temperature and humidity. A weather model analyzes climate patterns, and machine-learning models assess financial and repayment-related factors. The outputs are integrated through feature fusion or ensemble learning to derive a unified risk representation and loan-eligibility score. An explainable AI layer identifies the principal factors influencing the recommendation. The resulting system provides a transparent decision-support pathway for authorized lenders.
