MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611069543 A) filed by Vidyatech Solutions Private Limited on June 03, 2026, for Agentic Ai System For Autonomous Generation Of Deployable Learning Content Using Scorm- Compliant Packages.

Inventor includes Prabish Chandran.

The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-layer Agentic Artificial Intelligence based autonomous instructional design platform for generating deployable learning content. The platform comprises an Instructional Analysis Model, a Pedagogical Reasoning Model, a Course Architecture Generation Model, a Content Authoring Model, an Originality Validation and Regeneration Model, a Deployment Preparation Model, a Workflow Orchestration and Data Management Layer, a Governance and Review Framework, an AI Layer, a Security Layer, a Data Repository, and one or more Output Interfaces. The platform autonomously performs learner analysis, instructional planning, pedagogical reasoning, course architecture generation, instructional content authoring, originality validation, governance management, and deployment preparation using artificial intelligence services including large language models and retrieval augmented generation systems. Generated content is validated for originality and automatically regenerated where similarity thresholds exceed predefined limits. The platform generates classroom-ready instructional guides, editable documents, reports, and SCORM-compliant digital learning packages suitable for deployment through Learning Management Systems. The invention enables scalable, governance-aware, secure, and originality-assured generation of deployable learning content through coordinated operation of multiple artificial intelligence, security, governance, orchestration, and data management layers.
