Abstract: The present invention relates to an autonomous agentic artificial intelligence (AI)-powered recommendation and contingency preparation system employing a collaborative multi-agent architecture for proactive contingency planning and intervention. The system comprises a planning agent, simulation agent, monitoring agent, communication agent, and execution agent operating through a shared memory framework. A synthetic experience generation engine creates synthetic user profiles and contingency scenarios to evaluate intervention strategies and continuously improve decision policies using a reinforcement learning framework. The system maintains dynamic user profiles and machine-readable world models to generate personalized contingency preparation plans and autonomously execute authorized interventions through external digital platforms, including communication and scheduling services. A safety and governance module evaluates intervention risk, enforces permission controls, and enables human approval for high-risk actions. The disclosed invention provides adaptive, personalized, and continuously improving contingency preparedness while reducing dependence on historical datasets and continuous human intervention.
