Abstract: The rapid growth of e-commerce has increased the need for efficient, automated, and transparent inventory and vendor management systems. This project presents an advanced Inventory Agent Management System with Vendor Collaboration, designed to monitor stock levels, manage vendor submissions, reduce "Out of Stock" issues, and ensure continuous product availability for customers. The system uses intelligent automation to track stock changes in real time, generate low stock alerts, and predict upcoming shortages based on user demand patterns. In addition, the platform introduces an Admin—Vendor interaction model, where the admin sends product or collection requests to verified vendors. Vendors review, accept, and submit product collections that are then made available to users through the platform. The Inventory Agent connects admins, vendors, sellers, warehouses, and the e-commerce platform through a centralized dashboard where all inventory and vendor updates are synchronized. Only verified vendors, sellers, and warehouses are granted access, ensuring data accuracy, trust, and transparency. This intelligent system supports large-scale inventory and vendor operations, providing efficiency, reliability, personalization, and improved customer satisfaction.
