Abstract: Digital attacks in the ever-changing digital environment are becoming highly complex, more common, and dynamic, and this has become a major threat to organization of all sizes. In this paper, the researcher introduces the design of an autonomous and intelligent cybersecurity system that will carry out reconnaissance, threat reporting, and mitigation of websites and IP addresses. Based on an agentic AI architecture, the system uses dedicated AI agents to perform tasks through information collection, vulnerability scanning, and threat pattern matching and result interpreting, which do not require the training of new models. Instead, it runs on the top of existing Large Language Models (LLM), such as GPT and open-source ones, to comprehend and argue about complex security situations A User Interface is used to enter missions, an Orchestrator is used to sequence tasks, Agent modules are used to interact with industry standard pen testing tools (such as Nmap, Nikto, and SQLmap), a Safety module precludes actions that are beyond its purview, and a Reporter module provides actionable insights. Its framework is focused on automation, adaptability, and scalability, and also limits the use of manual analysis and allows quicker and more precise threat detection and remedies. By means of continuous learning and effective management of various penetration testing situations, this approach becomes a viable way of enhancing cybersecurity measures in small organizations and learning institutions.
