Abstract: The present invention relates to an Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) system for customer care support configured to autonomously understand, process, and resolve customer queries through intelligent, goal-oriented interactions. The system comprises a customer interaction interface, natural language processing module, context management module, knowledge retrieval module, agentic decision-making module, task execution module, and response generation module. The system receives customer requests through one or more communication channels, interprets the intent and context of the request, retrieves relevant information from authorized knowledge sources, and autonomously determines an appropriate sequence of actions for resolving the request. The agentic AI module can perform multi-step tasks, interact with connected enterprise applications, verify information, generate personalized responses, and monitor the status of an initiated task. For complex or sensitive requests, the system can identify the need for human intervention and transfer the interaction to a human customer-care representative along with the relevant conversation context and processing information. The proposed system enables continuous, personalized, and efficient customer support while reducing response time and minimizing repetitive manual customer-care operations.
