MUMBAI, India, Aug. 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611080221 A) filed by Comviva Technologies Limited on June 29, 2026, for Agentic Ai Based Confidence-Aware Autonomous Transaction Decisioning In Agentic Commerce Environment.
Inventor includes Ritvik.
The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: A method (700) for controlling execution of a transaction in an agentic commerce environment (100) includes receiving (702) a transaction request from at least one agent (104), the transaction request comprising one or more transaction parameters. The method (700) includes obtaining (704) values of one or more uncertainty metrics based on the transaction request, wherein the uncertainty metrics collectively characterize real-time and forecast conditions associated with factors affecting transaction execution. The method (700) includes determining (706) a transaction execution confidence score based on the uncertainty metrics, wherein the confidence score represents a level of confidence in executing the transaction at a time of the transaction request. The method (700) includes correlating (708) the confidence score with a predefined deferral threshold and, in response to the confidence score being less than the deferral threshold, deferring (710) transaction execution for a configurable time period configured based on the transaction parameters.
