Abstract: ABSTRACT AGENTIC AI BASED AUTOMATED CONTAINER BOOKING SYSTEM AND METHOD An automated system (100) for container booking is disclosed. The system (100) comprises an input terminal (102), an output terminal (108), one or more processors (106), and a server (110). The input terminal (102) receives unstructured electronic communications, including email threads and attached documents (104), associated with container booking requests. The ingestion module (112) receives the communications, while the extraction module (114) extracts booking related data. The processing module (116) generates a structured booking schema. The field computation module (118) computes mandatory booking fields based on internal validation schemas and carrier-specific rules. The validation and conflict resolution module (120) identifies missing or uncertain fields and resolves conflicting extracted values. Further, the customer clarification and schema updation module (122), carrier interface module (124), booking execution module (126), and confirmation and reconciliation module (128) enable clarification handling, carrier selection, automated portal submission, confirmation capture, and reconciliation of submitted and confirmed booking data.
