Abstract: The present invention relates to a multimaterial, color-integrated 3D printing system for the fabrication of customizable, low-cost prosthetic devices in dental, maxillofacial, and limb rehabilitation applications. The system comprises a data acquisition unit for capturing patient-specific anatomical geometry and reference color information, a design and processing unit configured to generate a digital prosthetic model with assigned material and color properties, and a fabrication unit comprising a color-capable additive manufacturing system. The system enables simultaneous structural and aesthetic fabrication through layer-by-layer deposition with integrated color blending. The invention further supports the use of biocompatible synthetic and/or natural polymerbased materials, including modified plant-derived polymers. The integrated workflow reduces reliance on manual fabrication and post-processing, improves reproducibility, enhances aesthetic realism, and reduces production time, providing a scalable and accessible solution for personalized prosthetic manufacturing.r
