An anti-AAV full capsid molecule of the present invention includes, as a heavy chain complementarity-determining region, a heavy chain variable region including CDR1 represented by SEQ ID NO: 6, CDR2 represented by SEQ ID NO: 7, and CDR3 represented by SEQ ID NO: 8, and includes, as a light chain complementarity-determining region, a light chain variable region including CDR1 represented by SEQ ID NO: 9, CDR2 formed of RAS, and CDR3 represented by SEQ ID NO: 10. The anti-AAV full capsid molecule exhibits a higher affinity to AVV full capsids than capsids empty of AAV.
