MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511019381 A) filed by Itc Limited on March 04, 2025, for Aerosol Generating Device With Uni-Body Structure.

Inventors include Gudihal, Vijaya Vittal; and Dinesh, Akash Mulemajalu.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: The disclosed aerosol generating device (100) includes an aerosol generating chamber (106) configured to generate an aerosol. A condensation chamber (200) is in fluidic communication with the aerosol generating chamber (106). The condensation chamber (200) having a first zone (202-1) and a second zone (202-2) separated from the first zone (202-1) by an absorbent material (204). The condensation chamber (200) is configured such that an aerosol generating substrate accumulated in the first zone (202-1) is absorbed by the absorbent material (204), and restrict flow of the accumulated aerosol generating substrate towards the second zone (202-2). The second zone (202-2) is located in a mouthpiece (118) of the aerosol generating device (100), thereby avoiding seepage of the aerosol generating substrate to a mouth of a user during inhalation through the mouthpiece (118).
