Abstract: The present invention relates to an aerodynamic turbine-assisted auxiliary charging mechanism for electric and hybrid vehicles configured to recover airflow energy generated during vehicle motion and convert the recovered airflow energy into supplementary electrical charging energy. The invention comprises an Air Inlet (100), an Aerodynamic Airflow Duct (101), a Spiral Axial Turbine (102), a Turbine Shaft (103), a Generator (104), a Charging Controller (105), and a Battery Pack (106). The Spiral Axial Turbine (102) further comprises a Turbine Hub (107) and a plurality of Turbine Blades (108) configured to convert directed airflow into rotational mechanical energy. The rotational energy is transmitted through a Flexible Coupling (109) and a Generator Shaft (110) to drive the Generator (104) for electrical power generation. The generated electrical energy is regulated by the Charging Controller (105) and stored in the Battery Pack (106) for supplementary powering and charging of the vehicle propulsion system. The Aerodynamic Airflow Duct (101) may comprise a venturi-shaped airflow passage configured to increase airflow velocity while minimizing aerodynamic drag losses. The invention provides an auxiliary airflow-assisted charging architecture capable of supplementing vehicle battery charging during vehicle operation and may further be integrated with regenerative braking systems and external electrical charging systems for hybrid energy management applications.
