Abstract: The present invention relates to an aero-thermal system with an integrated downwash fairing for two-wheeled vehicle that incorporates an internally integrated three- stage airflow circuit within the fairing architecture to simultaneously enhance aerodynamic performance, engine cooling, and vehicle stability. During operation, high- pressure stagnation air generated at the frontal region of the motorcycle is captured and redirected through an internal airflow passage, preventing direct impact on the rider. The captured airflow is subsequently accelerated through an asymmetric C-channel incorporating a venturi throat, which creates a localized low-pressure zone that passively extracts heat-laden air from the engine compartment through a secondary extraction port. The extracted hot air merges with the high-energy bypass airflow in an internal aero-thermal convergence zone to form a high-velocity airflow stream. The combined airflow is then discharged over a convex Coanda belly pan, producing a controlled downwash toward the rear tyre contact patch, thereby improving aerodynamic stability while efficiently directing engine heat away from the rider.
