The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is an aerial radio intelligence drone for autonomous radio-frequency assessment. The drone comprises an airframe, a flight controller connected to a propulsion assembly, a software-defined radio unit coupled to a multi-band antenna, an onboard processing unit, a signal classification unit, an authorization register and a radio action controller. The software-defined radio unit receives radio-frequency signals as in-phase and quadrature sample data. The onboard processing unit generates a spectrum map from the sample data. The signal classification unit associates detected signal regions of the spectrum map with modulation labels and communication-link identifiers. The authorization register stores signed device entries for permitted radio-frequency interaction. The radio action controller is connected to the signal classification unit, the authorization register and the software-defined radio unit and enables transmission from the software-defined radio unit only for a device entry validated through the authorization register.
