Abstract: An adverse climatic condition protection device, comprising a vertical plate 101 developed to be worn by a user over upper back portion, a pair of straps are attached with body for securing body around shoulder portion of user, multiple pressure sensors installed on body and straps for detecting pressure applied by body and straps on shoulder and back portion, respectively, a pair of motorized rollers 102 integrated within body and straps to properly fit body and straps, a hydrophobic canopy 103 provided on plate 101 by means of umbrella mechanism expand to provide protection to user from rain/ sunlight, an anemometer installed on plate 101 detect direction and speed of wind in surroundings, a proximity sensor detects presence of individual in proximity to user, and evaluate chances of collision of individual with canopy 103, and a speaker 104 mounted on plate 101 to notify user regarding approaching individual.
